Welcome to the terms of service ("Terms") for KyraLegal LLP ("KyraLegal LLP", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of our website and the legal services we offer (collectively, "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of the Terms, you are not authorized to use the Services.

Client Engagement

Clients typically engage KyraLegal LLP's services through a Vakalatnama form, a standard document authorizing legal representation in India.

Billing and Payment

These models may include fixed fees, retainers, or time-bound rates for specific services. However, there might be exceptional circumstances where time-based charges may apply, such as assisting the client with a call with the opposite party requiring an advocate's real-time assistance. These situations and associated fees will be clearly explained and outlined in a separate agreement.

Client Communications and Confidentiality

  • Initial Contact: Your initial contact with KyraLegal LLP will typically be through a call, message, and emails in some cases. The paralegal will discuss your legal needs and help determine which advocate may be best suited for your case.
